Spacer help...

Bifcaids lent me some 20mm spacers (10mm either side) I fitted them although didnt like it that the wheel wasnt sitting on the hub and they wernt hubcentric. Im looking at getting some to bring the tyre away from the shock. 3mm would do however im thinking 5mm would be better. will 5mm eaither side bring the wheels off the hub as i dont want this to happen?

10mm either side (no, no)
