Im looking for alittle help and advice.

If there is one thing i have never been able to understand its Positive & Negative camber and spacers.

Im looking to possibly have the wheels on the Trophy sitting out alittle bit with some spacers but i do not wnat to have longer wheel bolts and i dont want anything thats not worth doing. What would be the best size to go for at the front and rear ?

How are the spacers fitted and whats involved in doing them and what is the benefits of them?

I see alot of people fitting camber bolts and alot of people selling these.
What is the job of camber bolts and as i dont track my car is it worth getting these ?

What do camber bolts do and can you get them for the front and back ?

Thanks

Spacers, hubcentric means they have a lip on them that centres the wheel, so are safer.
You can't get them below 13mm (each side) because obviously the existing lip on the hub is that width.

You can get hubcebtrics that use longer bolts, that go through wheels and spacer, or ones that bolt to the hub in the wheel bolt holes, then you bolt your wheels to the holes in the spacer.

I'd like to understand the placement and benefit of aftermarket camber bolts too, ....anyone?

Camber bolts replace the top bolt of the two pinch bolts on each front struts. They have a lobe shape to them rather than a circular shape so when you turn the bolt the hub moves forward and back wards, this is how more or less camber is created. when you have the position you want you tighten it up like you would the original bolt and this holds it in place.

After fitting camber bolts, the tracking will have to be done as the the tow setting will be out.
