Spacers questoin

No won't make any real difference loads of people run this set up. Iirc it only matters on 4WD cars

nah i run 25 front none on the back at the mo, cant really tell any difference, just be sure to check they are always tight after or before long journeys, might be me just been paranoid though, also make sure to get hubcentric(spacers that bolt to the hub first) as these are much safer

Awesome cheers!

The backs will be abit far out with 25mm wont they? Do 25mm bring the fronts to arch level or just abit under?

erm as long as the back of your car isnt slammed you could widen them as much as you want, and yes i would say 25mm would bring them out, worth checking by using a ruler and lining it up with the top of your tyre. Also, where abouts you from, i know your location says harrogate - york but im from york so wondered where your based

As long as you correctly torque the bolts then there should be no problem. To be honest the biggest risk is overtightening as people think bouncing up and down on the wheel wrench is a good method. The amount of cars I've had with cross threaded nuts has been frustrating to say the least..

Yer I never tighten them up that much, its ridiculous.

Has anyone got pics of cars with 25mm spacers on?

The front track increased by 60mm and the rear by 20mm. We had to get the rears machined to fit but they fill the arches nicely now.

That was our summer list complete. Some stuff has found its way onto the winter job list, witch is growing all the time. But we've done the urgent stuff. After we've scared our guests at Silverstone we intend on doing some more setup work to get a better balance on the new tyres.
