Spare part and respray...but where in the Portsmouth area!?

Hi, I need a arctic blue wing mirror shell. Does anyone know where I can get one from fairly cheap in the Portsmouth area? Also can you fit it yourself? It looks fairly straight forward, but then im no expert!!
But then to top it off, someone has decided to key my bonnet so it's going to have to be a respray, where would I get this done and what are prices like for this?

approximately £200 for a bonnet respray but prices do vary.

wing mirror shell i would personally look at ebay / local scrappies as its the same casing off any mark2 clio.
