Spare Wheel Size.

Please could you let me know if this will do as a spare for my 182-It comes off another older Clio-Size 165/65r14/79T.It's ordinary pressed Steel but hope it would do if I got a puncture.Thanks.

I'd have thought not given that your 182 has 16 inch wheels and the one you posted is 14 inch

it wont fit over the brake calipers you need a 15 inch wheel at the smallest

Can you run a smaller wheel as a spare? as in if i had a 14 icnh steelie wud i be able to drive say a mile or 2 on it if the rest are 16s?

Yep no huge issue unless abs decides to kick in. The potential issue is the outside diameter not the wheel size.
