Spax suspension

Ok just wandering if they are a good make as the 206 drivers only recommend eibach but spax are £45 and eibach are £105.

So are spax any good or should i stump up the money for the eibach. In general i mean not on about the 206 springs as you wouldnt know.

Cheers Phil

Im not a fan of spax, didnt like them on my brothers old AX GT and my old AX GT had konis which were ten times better (mainly the reason I have konis on my valver now!)

Only heard good things about eibach, so Id stump up the extra £s.........

how low you going on your car?? if just 35-mm or something around there i would go for spax.. any lowwer id get the eibach .... + shocks.

no point wasting £105 on springs when the £45 set will do the same thing.. and you more than likely WONT notice the differance between them.. (unless u get shocks.

Cheers people, yeah clio_bus thats exactly what i was thinking. Im only going for 35mm so if in the future i wana go lower i will then opt for a new full system with shocks, but for now spax will do.

On a similar note, i wanna go 60mm, but will just buy the springs now and get the shocks seperatly at a later date. Are there any companies out there who allow you to buy shocks seperatly to match the 55mm lowering springs. I only have enough moeny to buy the sprngs and shocks seperatly
