Currently got a Alpine X001 connected to a Vibe A3 Amp which powers front Alpine Type X components and Alpine Type R Coax's in the rear. I currently use the standard speaker cable and it works spot on. Im going to buy a Alpine PDX4.150 amp tomorrow to replace the A3 amp.

People always say you must use uprated cabling when amping so do i really need to?

is the standard stuff just not up to the job or?

dont really make a difference your only running it over short distances so the length of cable wont have hardly any resistance in it so wouldnt notice the difference on a car stereo

doesnt matter how short it is,if its not thick enough the power wont be getting through-upgrade is vital!
