Speaker Upgrades ??

I have a standard mkII 172, and am not getting on gerat with the speakers. They aren't rubbish but I think they've been given a bit too much stick by previous owners.

Can anyone suggest any good upgrades to the existing speaker slots, as I dont really want to have sub's\extra speakers in the boot etc, i'm enjoying my parcel shelf\boot working as it should at the moment lol

Does anyone know what size speakers can fit in the front\back panels ?

yea there correct sizin for front and rears.


if want to upgrade to a decent set up , compenents in front with a crossover , replace the tweaters

then upto you with rears eiter same again and mount the tweaters some where or use some coax ones ,

all depends on yer budget obv if u want louder and better go for a amp powering them or a decent head unit
