Is the power cable is next to the rcas? If so thats the problem.
soz not with the audio lingo, what is the RCA?
The cable running from the preouts on the stereo to the amp taking the ausio signal.
its called suppression the noise that your hearing, as the others have said, either rcs with power cable or (more likely) the earth!
