Specks of black soot all over back of car?

I have a 182 with a k-tec exhaust, and have noticed it gets really black on the tips and there is black specks all over back of car? This a problem or normal?

mine does it with oe exhaust after giving it some stick

When i had the standard exhaust it also used to do it. Just seems a bit weird. Someone said it might be to do with the fuel/air mixture??

I get this too, I can have a spotless car but with a filthy rear because of it!
