Should just slide in, massive arse to get, but easy in.

Will only go in one way too if I remember rightly.

Slide in yes, unless there is a bit of the old one still in there.... I'll have another look, otherwise I'll skim it down in the lathe.

takes a bit of a push to get the last bit fuly engaged. Put some lube on the O-ring, that'll help it slip in

I'm only hoping its a 172 gearbox now....although if I check the part on dialogys it seems the same across most of the mk2 range.:S

look down the hole before you fit the sensor. if it's not blind the sensor will fit.
