Speeding processor up

I've had this amd 1800+ xp processor for a while and when it was on my other pc, I could change the speed from 1100 to 1800 by a setting in the bios. On the motherboard I've got now, I can't see the setting to change it in bios or anywhere at all that shows anything to do with the processor.

Is there a program that will let me do this, or am I stuck with the slow speed?

Had a quick scan on google, but couldn't work out wtf they were talking about!
