speedo and revs light dim on dash

Hi people i have noticed that when my lights are on my fuel gauge and my temp gauge are bright.But my rev and speedo lights are not as bright.Does anyone what the problem is.Thanks

there is a switch on the lower dash near the keys

i no mate but it dims the whole dash.its only the rev and speedo bit that is dim
