Speedo show incorrect speed/Revs incorrect???

Hey Guys

Only had the car for about a month now so not sure how it is meant to drive. One thing i have noticed is that im 99% certain i am going faster than what it says.

My Question: Is there any easy way to recalibrate/work out what the correct speed is.

Not sure if its the needles in the incorrect place, For instance when the car is at idle the rev counter is not even moved really. You may inform me that this is normal on the 172.

Easiest way to see what speed you're actually doing is to use a Sat Nav with MPH on it (and then take into account the fact that dials are slightly out to start with)

Good plan will give that ago... So what happens if it is incorrect. Where do i go from there?

go through a speed camera and see if it flashes

I decided against that one..... Could use it as a last resort i guess
