Speedo swap???

Hi, I got one of these naff speedos in my Mk1 Phase 3

But I want to know if a Mk1 Phase 2 will fit? The one with the rev counter etc... Or even a 16v. Will it just simply plug in? Or will it need a lot of modding?

Any help would be great.

They will fit in but 9 out of 10 times I find the tacho dont work. If you get some with the tacho out of another mk1 ph3 they should work

if the engine has elctronic ignition (DIS i think) then no, i had some ph2 dials and all that worked was the speedo and fuel guage... just like the ph3 dials.
