spigot rings ?? / O-Rings??

  Track 172 & Golf R32
hi people..

ive recently changed put my 172 16's on and when im doing in excess of 80 i wont say wat speed ;)... there seems to be a wobble while driving... however today i put my 15's back on as the 16s are being refurbed and the wobbling has gone completly no matter what speed im doing..

do i need spigot rings/o rings

bearing in mind the wheels are balanced..

thanks !!

Spigot rings should not be necessary, the centre bore should be the same as your 15's. Sorry to say it, but I'd get the balancing checked again or check that the 16's aren't buckled.

yeh im getting my tracking done monday.. so il get the balancing done then too.. hope they aint buckled otherwise i wont be very happy lol !!

They're either balanced incorrectly or they're buckled, that the all and end of it really. You won't need spigot rings as being Clio alloys they'll already have a 60.1mm centre bore.

thanks mate but to be honest. the day i got the wheels i thout id been ripped off as the pics he showed me were pictures of mint wheels and nice set of toyo proxes on.. delivery day comes and i open the package to see a scuffed set of alloys with illegal yokohamas on ?!?! :S so the chances are if ive been ripped off this much already they are most probably buckeld too !!! not a happy bunny till i get an explanation... can some one steer me in the right direction ho i can speak to as i purchased them of a member via here .. thanks people

Don't be so negative! Hopefully it's just a missing wheel weight that's got loose. Get them checked. If not and you feel you've genuinely been ripped off, speak to the seller first (calmly) and see if you get your money back. If all else fails - I say name and shame!
