Splitter repair

I've just got a standard 182 splitter off Jamz306 that I'm looking to repair.

Its in 3 neat pieces that all fit together nicely (nothing has snapped off, etc).

Im a bit of a noob at this, can anyone recommend any particular glue to get it back together, and a nice scratch-resistant paint to spray it in?
