Splitter

i know this has probably been asked before but.......

im getting a laguna/espace splitter tonight and going to have a go in fitting it. got a couple of questions tho if someone can help....

1. how hard is it to get the original clio splitter off?
2. is there any cutting invloved in putting the new one on?

and lastly just to confirm i only need some self tapping screws to put it on?

What car you got? We talking rubber splitter or the plastic one off a 172/182?

well ive fitted my splitter and its definatly the deeper espace one!! nice!

anyhow the small original was held on by 6 thick staples. just needed to get a flat head screw driver under the staples and turn the screw driver round so it pulls it out without wreaking the bumper.

to get the new on on i had to cut about 2 inches off each end.. screwed it on with 8 self tapping screws. jobs a goodun :)

thought i would let you know how i got it off just incase some it pops up again at some point

  ?
Do you have your old rubber splitter? would it fit a mk2ph1? the one on my bumper was missing since i bought it.

i still have the old one just!!! almost thru it out this morning. i would imagine it would fit but i cant be sure.

will get some pics up once i clean the car
