sport body kits for non sport

i own a 2002 1.2 16v renault clio expression+
i wanna put 182 bumpers on it etc but have heard you have to change the side skirts and the wings in order for the front bumper to fit.
is there a 182 body kit you can buy for non sports that will go on without changing the wings etc etc
