My car has gone into the bodyshop this week to have a sport body fitted,
Just wondering if the front wings and bumper are any wider than the non-sport bumpers? Like were the arches are will the wheels be more tucked in with a sport front end?

what parts are you getting fitted?

the sports bumper is wider, you need the sport wings and skirts.

unless the bodyshop is making the bumper fit to the standard wings?

Nah its all being fitted, Front bumper, front wings, sideskirts and rear bumper.
Just wanted 2 know because i didnt know if it was anywider, but if it is, dose this mean my wheels will now look way more tucked in from the body?

Try seeing a sport rep thread mate to be honest from what ive seen on here its not gonna be that much of a difference mate, wouldn't worry.

What about the rear then? because surely that cant be wider because im not changing the rear panels, didnt it look odd like the front wider? or isit not so much it looks okay?

nah rear is fine its just the front,

spacers are needed 100% as it looks daft without them!

depends what make you want to go for really,

i went for H&R, they bolt to the hub so can still use original bolts and lockers

but they came in at a tad over £100

do what i did and just fit 172 suspension , you will need wishbones , hubs , shafts , and brakes . its well worth it tho for the stopping power ,plus if you have alloys your bigger brakes show and look more like a real sport than a replica .

i done it propper, 172 stuts, wishbone's, anti roll bar and subframe

and 25mm spacers wide as you like

ohh and that includes driveshafts

thats cheap then , did u get the bracket to go on the back of the engine to hold the shaft .
