Sportlines + new dampers all round or good coilovers?

Sportlines + new dampers allround = £400 + fitting ( maybe close to £500 all in)

Good coilovers (spax,H&R etc) = £700 ish = fitting.

Car is used for mainly road use with the occasional track day.

What would you do....

Could you and a friend not fit the springs and shocks? It's quite easy task on a clio may just sound daunting.
