sportlines/prolines and 15's??

cant find a single picture of any clio's riding on 15's and lowered with sportlines/prolines?? Due to the limited and expensive choice of 16 inch wheels available for the clio 172 im looking to buy some 15's and lower my car with the eibach springs as the 17's its running now are terrible!! Problem is something tells me it wont look low enough? Any pics would be great

i think your right mate i dont think it lower it enough on sportlines with 15s.the sporst dont go lower than the non sports on the eibachs

I was considering doing this while saving/searching for some H&R's as the GAZ I have at the minute are getting a little annoying on my long Country commute to work and I hope to visit the track a few times this year aswell

what profile tyres are the ones above? 195/50/15??

cant leave the car as it is because the 17's are terrible to drive on.

Springs still need to settle a bit, but mine on Sportlines and 15" O.Z. GT's.

Bump on this.... I'd prefer some Ph2 RS' with 15"s on well settled Sportlines... I know I'm asking alot but its quite important

Look up a standard set of 172 rims. Plenty around on eBay at the moment. Mine came on 17s when I bought it and were quickly sold in favour the my black beauties!

Oh, and get some Apex.

Mine? They're standard 16" 172 alloys powdercoated gloss black.

how do you find the difference in ride between 17's and 16's with apex?

Well, I was on the standard springs with the 17s. Only had the Apex ones fitted a few months back after I'd been on the 16s for a while.

The diffference between 16s and 17s regardless of suspension set up is unbelieveble.
