Sports-cat vs de-cat

Is a Sports-cat as good if not better than a de-cat?

Obviously it's a more expensive option than getting someone to weld in a de-cat pipe for you, but will the sports-cat yield the same gains as a full de-cat pipe or still restrict you to a degree

Decat will give more outright gains...what it will do to your overall curve i'm not sure. Sportscat simply means you never need to worry about swapping come MOT and might make you feel more environmentally concious...

You don't need to weld in a decat, there are a few off the shelf options for you from Janspeed, Yozzasport, K-tec Racing etc.

Why we talking about power gains? If you can notice 1/2BHP you've got a special right foot.

it likes super chip the car mate you may only see2-3 bhp on the rollers but its how it changes the whole driveability of the car which is what counts not bhp
