  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
timing looks like it's been done without a pulley locking tool al la pikey spec.

edit...too slow

Yep to slow dan, the other dan get the cuddle

, if it ran 15 20bhp down it would mean it was about 192bhp then as I had I rolling roaded 2 months after I bought the car and it ran 171 and 143 at the wheels?

I know group N timing isn't far from what you've had, so it may have been a case that it was flat at the bottom(20 or so bhp down from OEM) but held its power further up the range.

  Cup In bits
My road cup came with settings very similar and went like a scalded cat, lumpy as hell on idle but I'm really tempted to redo it again tbh as I preferred the way it drove.

what is 'group n' timing and what is it used for?

Does what it says on the tin mate. Timing setting for group n cars.

And the settings shown is what has been called semi group n settings, full group n retards the exhaust cam too.
