SOUTH GLOS: Scores of drivers were escorted off motorways in a day-long police operation targeting criminals. One woman caught driving at 125mph along the M4 explained that she wanted to get off the motorway quickly - because she had a defective tyre. Police confiscated her Renault Clio Sport.
