Akrapovic will only sale the exhaust as aftersales part.
For the stickers, engraved gearshift knob and carbon stuff, we can just wait and hope it'll come here too

TBH if its just an exhaust and some stick on carbon fibre wrap like it sounds in this article with gains of only 2bhp, I cant really see what the big deal is:
