I'm color coding my bumbers and I want my bullets Antracite I'm woudering were can I get that color Halfords don't seem to have it so I was just woundering were is best...

Also should I just use normal plastic primer?

Halfords do it i think, and yes.

It's called Amphasite in Halfords.

Plastic primer isn't really needed as they don't flex. Normal primer will do fine, just prepare the bullets properly first.
