sprayin front renault badge

hey there...
was wonderin if any1 could help me...wanted 2 carry on th black yellow theme on my car and want 2 spray th front renault badge but got a vague idea how 2 do it but not sure if its right or not...
would i just hav 2 remove it giv it a quick clean, then...

-primer (how long leave primer on for, and how many coats?)
-spray th badge wit yellow paint from can (how many coats?)
-lacquer (and again how many coats?)

also how long do i need 2 leave 2 dry between each stage?

I sprayed mine and the finish is mint. I sanded it, primed it. Let it dry 24hrs and then applied a few coats of paint. I then left it another 24hrs and laquered it! Looks great and there's no chipping yet!

clean the badge then sand it to take the colour off the badge
i personally do no less than 3 layers of each or 6 thin layers
when doing each stage i leave it till touch dry but when you go from primer to colour and colour to lacquer leave it a good few hours

Sanded, primered (several coats) then sprayed, sanded and sprayed again (several times) couple of coats of lacquer. Did it quick TBH but I will redo if it's ever needed
