Try the one on google documents. If you're going to use it a lot I would suggest just paying the £7 for Numbers for iOS. Well worth it.

Doesn't support exporting as an excel document though.
If that's a requirement check out quickoffice which covers word, excel and powerpoint and outputs in microsoft format but is £14.
