if you really havta get springs without uprated dampers, from that list apex. although i dont know why people dont just buy uprated shocks to start with as you standards will only fook up after time anyway

Get the Apex kit iirc its only £249 well worth the extra for the shocks

Although I did have H&R's on standard springs for nearly 2 years without a prob
