SPRINGS AND SHOCKS SIZE....HELP!!!!!

hey, i need to order springs and shocks to lower my mk2 ph1. but they only do a "58mm kit" , whatever that means...aparently my car has 52mm and therefore i cant lower it because i cant get a kit to fit.

HOWEVER! i was told i could easily go to the scrappies and pick up the same part in 58mm and fit it, then fit the 58mm kit....

HOWEVER lol i dont know what the part is....any help??? someone mention it being the hubs or something if that help...

can someone please give me an accurate description of what i need so i can go in and ask the scrapyard

(btw the scrapyard i use get the parts for you for a labour charge as you not allowed in the yard....so i dont need to know how to take them off or anything..)

Your after two 58mm bolt spaced front hubs. Must be 58mm ones for obvious reasons, they'll probably need to be off a Ph2.
