Springs and shocks.

I'm planning on lowering my car.
Is it eibach sportlines that everyone recommends? Where is the best place to get them from?
Also I'm going to replace my shocks, will standard ones be okay? If so where is the cheapest place?

Eibach sportlines from Kam racing. Standard shocks will be fine pm either t21ads (iirc) or wests renault on here.
