Springs or coilovers for a 1.2

Only wanting it lowered roughly 30 to 40 mm, im thinking just a set of springs. But can anyone recommend decent ones and how much a garage would roughly charge to fit them?

Probaly 2 hours labour at whateveer there prices could bee betweeen £15 and £80 an hour (or more) depending where you go.

Cannot recomend any springs though sorry

ive seen some k-tec ones for roughly 120, its just the matter of fitting them and not being ripped off by a garage.

And sorry mate not willing to travel that far haha, cheers anyway

If you don't care for ride comfort and handling and want a decent stance get cheap coil overs, otherwise get eibach sport line springs
