springs question

after seeing that guy from germany's car, and dutty's and russ' cars, and always being an admirer of the euro scene, i'm thinking of going euro on my clio. mines lowered -40mm atm but i obviously need to go lower. i want to go -60mm but i don't have enough money for coilovers. will springs be ok or shall i do anything else?

upgrade shocks as well..proper euro is lower than 60mm though!
