i was thinking of changing my springs but didnt want to hamper the ride as i use my car everyday and it's got to be practical . can anyone advise me on what is best change them or keep standard . ?????

Standard is very good I'd always recoment chnaging springs and dampers together if you realy want a better setup. However stock setups a very good balance.
