Squeak when changing gear

Hello all

I did search before i posted... basically when i am pulling away at round about or somewhere i need a it of speed. i get and awful squeak when i chanhe into 2nd or 3rd... it nearly sounds like a wheel spin... but i really doubt it is.... and ideas??
