Squeaking noise when i lift my foot up off the brake?

Thought at first it was grease/grime on the discs/pads but when painting my callipers i gave them a good clean and the noise is still there.
Its not there when i initially press the brake down, but more when i lift it back up.
It's kinda lead me to think it could be a suspension squeak?
As the suspension stiffens and lowers as you brake right?
Any help appreciated.

Non sport with drums on the rear? if yes, retaining spring in the drum needs a proper grease.

It sounds like its more from the front though.

jack it up and give your wheels a spin when off the ground this should tell you if its the brakes, sounds more to me like a suspension issue
