Squeeky Noise

For a while now when startin my car up and its been raining its had a squeeky noise but as my engine warmed up it went away,
But these last 2 days it hasnt gone away n keeps squeekin,as im not full of knowledge bout engines i dont knw why its doing this.. i think its coming from the fan belt cud it be..

Anyone help me on wot i have to do to solve this problem

It could be a tensioner on the belt that could seize and cause the belt to slip so get it checked, it could also be the thrust bearing on the clutch as they squeak if there worn.
