stalk adaptor

just got stalk adaptor for clio 2004, and with alipne 9856, the autoleads stalk adaptor PC99 requires me to take off the dash for it to work,
has any1 got/ or knwo where i can get a stalk adaptor that just plugs in no dash removal required, in cartec have one but its £40 and does it just plug in

i think you have got to take the dash off for them all, i bought one then tried to do it, got it half off and gave up paniced when i couldnt get it back on

are you sure?, fuckin hell cant be arsed with it, incartec told me no, but people always are nice over phone

yep gotta take the dash off - pain in the arse and me and my mate (who works for an audio company) took about 30 mins sorting it all out - ended up with more interior on outside of car then inside lol
