Standard clio alloys refurb

Im on the fence with refurbing and spraying my standard clio alloys a matte black.
Although they look nothing like the awesome clio sport alloys.

I was wondering if anyone else has done it (Pictures?) and what you all think of spraying them a matte black, or if you have any better ideas.
