Standard door card to cliosport

i have got a clio 1.4 (w reg) and i have fitted the cliosport interiour, i noticed the cliosport has rear speakers in door cards and mine dont does anyone know how to wire them in so they will work on the fader on the headunit

prob best jus to put some new wire down underneath the door into the rear door card...
