standard or eibach springs??

The car I bought came on the dreaded apex springs. After 2 months of its terrible ride and questionable handling 'improvements' i can now take no more!! The question is do i get oe springs or some eibachs? Im not bothered about the looks i just want to be able to drive the car without grimacing everytime i see a minor blemish in the road! Thoughts please....

Eibachs. Mine is a daily driver and to say the roads in this area aren't great is an understatement and I don't think they are any worse than standard springs for picking up bumps etc.

Standard springs are about £80 each....I know a single rear one is...Eibachs second hand can be had (all 4) for under £100!!!

Would i need shocks if i wanted to lower mine onto 60mm Eibachs or 35/40mm K-Tec Springs?????
