standard rear tints?

I've noticed on alot of base model mk2 clios they have rear window dark tints, is this standard?

they do look good.

Tints are all around the car, darker on rear window, look slightly lighter on rear quarter, lighter still on front quarter and windscreen. If you look at the car at certain angles, it'll look a bit like the clio van if it's on a black car eg:
