Standard top mounts

I am putting some coilovers on the clio, so am going to replace the top mounts (for standards) are they on a bearing aswell? i think im best replacing these while i am at it, any help much appreciated only put coilovers on a car twice neither on a clio so abit noob!

If you buy the top mount kit from renault you get the mounts, new bearing and bolt. Or you can go down the aftermarket fixed mount route.

Link doesnt work for me but I do believe gsf sell the bits your after.
