Starter motor - white cable

I had the usual starting issue but wiggling the cable I pulled the one off.

I can't see the location on where to put the dam cable.....

any advice? Help? Pics?

i leaning over the top looking down but can't see where to put it

starter is under the exhaust manifolds next to the gear box IIRC, try parking the car on the kerb one side and looking under the back of the engine from the floor (torch is always handy!) follow the exhaust back into the bay, shouldnt be far away!

from the sounds of it you might need to put a new terminal end on the cable and re-attach it.

Is it a non sport? If so there is a pin for it to slot onto at the front of the starter motor

From the sound of it it will be the same style pin though, find your starter motor and look near the earth wire (the pin will be somewhere near the earth afaik)

I going to take inlet off to see if that improves the view
