Starter

Ok, my car, she doesnt want to start, even jusmp start. Checked the battery, no problem. Checked the started, all fine
When I turn the key all lights come on and the radio, jsut no action from the engine, and a whinny noise, even after I turn the key off.

Could it be an immobilisor problem, and if so , how do I check this??

no noise from the starter, just a whinny noise( fuel pump, i think)

Nope.
There a reset button though on the passenger side of the car just above the battery check that.
