Starting issues begining to bug me!!!

Anyone got any ideas?

Car is a ph2 172 with 66 thou on clock. When car is started from cold it dies almost instantly, but on second attempt it fires up no probs. Happend 5 or 6 times now and is really annoying me! Any advice much appreciated
