Starting issues

Got the 172 running took it to the garage for a quick check over and it's died.

Have uploaded a video.

Any help appreciated.

Yeh I noticed. Is there a fix?

Decoder ring round the ignition barrel is one option to try?

checked all the earths?

Put the key in the ignition and turn it all the way over without actually starting the car. Leave it there for a minute, cycle ignition off again then try start it up. Can also try doing this whilst holding the button in on the key.

Also try unlocking it and locking from the key and from the buttons inside the car then try fire it up.

As far as I'm aware the gearbox earth strap and there's one in the rear. Anything else?
