starting problem

I'm looking at buying a ph1 172 but it doesn't start. Fuel pump doesn't prime and there is no spark. Fault codes come up as O2 sensor and knock sensor? Anyone got any suggestions?

Immobiliser light goes off as it should

These are the faults. Does anyone know what it mean? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried changing the relays around the black ones under the bonnet

Yes they have all been changed. All earth's have been checked as well
