steaming windows

hi guys as its getting colder at night ive noticed my windows steam up really easy even with heating on full cool air or maxi and it doesnt help so ive taking to driving with the windows slightly open is this a common problem

the fan settings are not the best when i choose the windscreen blower the air con comes on can i stop that and i cant remember what ones but i cant choose two blowers together

also ive noticed a small leak in the boot back left corner where the strut bolt is the carpet is wet maybe this has something to do with it

Aircon will get rid of the steamed windows quicker, as will setting the air to NOT re-circulate.

The fact it steams up quickly tells me you either have water in the car, or have the air set to re-circulate.

You're warm .. the car is cold.

It's physics (or chemistry or biology..?).

Put the a/c on, drive off, job done.
